Floss and Flow is a holistic health membership that urges users to learn how to incorporate daily health habits to feel their best. The platform joins yoga and dental health and relates them to their impact on overall health. Other topics covered include breathwork and fascia.

Floss and Flow is an example of a full branding project. I developed the colors, logos, type, photographic standards, and overall visual style that is carried through to all of the company’s assets. Aside from the website, this includes email newsletters, video work, and a loose social media style guide. My directives were to make the branding clean and simple, yet elegant and approachable. “floss” is depicted in a typeface with round corners as a nod to the shape we use when flossing around our gums, while “flow” is set in a script that references movement.

I built floss and flow on Wordpress, with minimal cost, and a few simple plugins.

Process and working sketch of the site. I mocked everything up in Adobe Illustrator and added notes so I had something to reference while programming in Wordpress. This helped build cohesive CSS scripts and made building the individual pages easier.

Aside from developing the branding and website, I edit the membership videos, audio, and troubleshoot backend issues with the newsletter and other online needs for Floss and Flow. Check back soon for some video samples.
